MONEY COLLECTIONS & PAYMENT OF COMMISSION
When the route driver collects the money, it is taken to the office and it is counted. The Route driver also provides the system with the readings of the meter of the machines and from that reading the system calculates the money that should have been collected based on the Meter rate of each machine and warns with the difference found if there is any. The differences between the the money counted and the calculation is clarified with the route driver and the reason for the difference is recorded in the system. Later a report of all the notes can be printed.
The system allows to see at this moment all the machines that should have been visited and collected. If any machine was not collected the Router Driver must explain and this reasons for that are recorded at this moment.

The VMA system also calculates the commission for each route driver and keeps accurate record of each transaction for accounting purposes. The commission is assigned to the Route driver that collected the money of each machine so his commission calculation is exact.
